Our Spot Treatment Massage is recommended to clients when they are pained by constricted areas of the neck, shoulder, hip, or back. This therapy session is perfect for those with a busy schedule or for those that are not able to have a full massage session. Reflexology helps to soothe sore and tired feet by targeting areas of congestion while unblocking the meridian energy channels running through out the body.
Several techniques are used to apply pressure to points on the feet or hands that coincide with specific areas of the body / organs. Reflexology breaks down these congested areas that cause tightness to help you feel your best.
